Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the App
  • Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Distributing malware or harmful content
  • Any other illegal or unethical activity

3. Content and Generated Names

Generated names are for entertainment and personal use. While we strive to create unique suggestions, we do not guarantee:

  • That generated names are unique or original
  • That a name will work on all gaming platforms
  • Availability of a name on any specific game or service

4. App Availability

NameX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access to the App
  • That the App will be free from errors or bugs
  • That features will remain unchanged

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameX and Gaming Sansar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, income, or profits
  • Any damages resulting from use of generated names

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to limit or terminate your access to NameX if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activity.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of NameX shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of NameX after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
